How it can be used:
Against hair loss and dandruff:
Rosemary oil slows down hair loss, promotes hair growth and helps against dandruff. In combination with pumpkin seed oil, which is also known for its use against hair loss, the effect is even stronger. Make a hair nourishing oil by mixing 3 drops of MyBIOLIO Rosemary Oil with 2 tablespoons of MyBIOLIO Pumpkin Seed Oil and gently massage into the scalp and hair. Leave the oil on for a few hours (e.g. overnight) and then rinse thoroughly.
A welcome side effect of applying rosemary oil to the scalp: The hair does not become greasy as quickly and therefore needs to be washed less often. Rosemary oil has a calming and balancing effect on the scalp and helps to combat dandruff.Against skin diseases
The ingredients of rosemary oil have anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects. Thus, you can use it well for the care of inflammatory skin diseases, such as mild acne or eczema. It can also be used for wound healing. Rosemary oil is also said to have an antifungal effect, which is why you can also use the oil for athlete's foot or skin fungus.
For colds, infections and headaches
Rosemary oil can relieve cold symptoms. For acute bronchitis, for example, rub your upper body with a little oil and let it soak in. A steam bath with a few drops of fragrant rosemary oil is also relaxing and liberating.
You can also use rosemary oil wonderfully for inhaling during colds, infections and headaches. Rosemary has a very pleasant effect on body and mind and reduces stress levels.
Fragrance lamp
For inhalation, you can use either a fragrance lamp or a nebulizer. Steam inhalation is also a good option. When a fragrance lamp is used, it can both increase concentration while working and drive away mosquitoes, because they do not like the scent of rosemary at all.
