Avocado oil
Avocado oil is perfect for body, face and hair, and at the same time is used to reduce age spots and against calluses.
Contents: 100% pure organic avocado oil, 50 ml
How it can be used:
For sensitive skin types
Avocado oil can be used pure and is applied directly to the dry or itchy areas. In doing so, the treatment should take place regularly. Of course, conventional care products such as body lotion can also be mixed with a few drops of the oil and then applied.
Facial care
For an application on the face, a little avocado oil is massaged in with light pressure after cleansing. Only for combination and normal skin, you should not use the oil too often.
Facial cleansing
You can also make use of the oil as a cleanser and put a few drops on a damp cotton pad or sponge and gently cleanse the face with it.
Against age spots
To reduce age spots, avocado oil should be massaged into the respective areas of the skin twice a day. A little vinegar or lemon juice or even onion juice enhances the effect (Caution: If you have sensitive skin, do not use vinegar, lemon or onion juice, as the acids could damage the skin).
Against calluses
To get rid of calluses, milking fat and avocado oil are an unbeatable duo. Rub your feet first with some milking fat and then with the oil. Then put on cotton socks and leave everything on overnight. The horny skin layer swells up and can be removed better afterwards.
Intensive hair treatment
For the hair, an intensive hair treatment is recommended by massaging the avocado oil pure into the hair. After leaving it on for several hours (preferably overnight - put on a plastic cap), wash the hair thoroughly with shampoo.
Hair mask
You can also make a hair mask by mixing 2 tbsp of the oil with 2 tbsp each of sunflower oil and olive oil. Stir in a few squirts of lemon juice, mix everything well and massage the mask into the hair. Then leave the mass to act for up to half an hour. Then rinse the hair with warm water.
