How it can be used:
Against mucus
Anise oil supports the transport of mucus by stimulating the cilia in the respiratory tract. Thus, anise oil helps to cough up mucus. To inhale anise oil, place 4 to 8 drops of anise oil in a bowl filled with hot water.
For massages
For tension and stomach cramps, a massage with anise oil can work wonders. For this, you will need 2 to 3 drops of anise oil and 1 tablespoon of almond oil. Mix these ingredients and massage the desired parts of the body with it.
For abdominal massage against flatulence, you can add 1 to 2 drops of fennel oil to this mixture to enhance the effect.
Against menstrual cramps
With the help of anise oil, abdominal cramps are alleviated, calmed and relaxed, e.g. during female menstruation. The female hormone balance is regulated. PMS complaints are alleviated. To do this, take 2 drops of the oil in a base oil such as coconut oil or sweet almond oil and massage the abdomen with it.
